Sheila's Aerobic Jazz (SAJ) A little Jazz, a little funk, a little Hip-Hop and a whole lot
of fun. Dance your way to fitness with this totally balanced, interval training, fitness
program that's been around for over 30 years! Easy to follow, choreographed routines,
include a thermal warm-up, active stretch and low impact aerobic dance routines. The use
of light weights, cool down, stretch and abdominal work make this THE total body workout. Please bring water bottle, mat, and 1# or 2# weights
Zumba® (Z) Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, creating a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba Gold®- (ZG) Baby Boomers or Beginners
Zumba Gold is designed specifically for the "Baby Boomer Generation" and is also perfect
for any beginners to Zumba, or someone coming back to exercise This course offers the
same Latin Rhythms as Zumba Basic I or II, with moves tailored to address beginners or
today's growing Baby Boomer Generation. Specific attention is given to such things as balance,
as well as hip, shoulder, and joint considerations. Zumba Gold is a safe, effective and fun workout for adults of all ages....Don't be left out of the PARTY!! www.zumba.com
Mat Pilates for Fitness (Pilates)
Pilates is a contemporary approach to mind-body exercise. This one hour class is based
on the essence and basic principles of the late Joseph H. Pilates and is designed to
strengthen, lengthen, and tone muscles, especially the deep abdominal muscles that
build core strength.
Yoga for Fitness (Yoga) Yoga is a long favored mind-body exercise. The benefits are
to help realign the skeletal system, achieve balance, and enhance emotions. Yoga combines
the art and science of using posture, exercise, breathing, and concentration to gather
“Chi” and promote the healing body and mind. Yoga increases strength, flexibility, and concentration. Please bring a mat to class. Class is one hour long.

It's QUICK......It WORKS! Challenge every muscle group in JUST 30 MINUTES!
Strength training is an essential part of any balanced workout. This choreographed half
hour class targets every muscle group while taking the drudgery out of weight training. This
fun, group, strength training class, will beautifully tone your muscles, increase strength,
improve bone density and increase your metabolism. As
we age, our metabolism slows down, making it extremely difficult to
lose weight and keep it off. Our Muscle Flex program is just
the answer to address the need for strength training as part of your exercise
regime. The
best part is, it's a blast, AND it WORKS!! Weights are provided. There are limited numbers
at each location, so register early.
Muscle Flex is available at: the David DeMarie Dance Studio in Clarence: BCPA Fitness and Health (formerly Prism Health Fitness Center) in Williamsville. Deerhurst Presbyterian Church, in Kenmore, Starpoint Intermediate School, in Pendleton and NOW at The Fitness Factory, on Walden Ave. Building healthy muscles, is a sure way to increase your metabolism.
Kidz FitnessJAM and ZumbAtomic®
It's a fact, kids are not as fit as they should be. We teach them early in life that..."Fitness
is a lifestyle and it can be FUN!" Kids love to dance, wiggle and sing along to great songs.
Each class is an easy to follow workout that uses some of their favorite music. What a great way to introduce your children to fitness classes that are a whole lot of fun with a Latin flare! We also teach brief, health and nutrition lessons at each class. Let us help your children develop healthy habits that will benefit them throughout their lives.
