       It's a fact, kids are not as fit as they should be. We teach them early in life that..."Fitness is a lifestyle and it can be FUN!"  Each class is an easy to follow workout that uses some of their favorite music. A great way to introduce your         children to fitness classes that are a whole lot of fun.  There are also health,             fitness and nutrition lessons taught at each class.
