Sheila's Aerobic Jazz™- A little jazz, a little funk, a little Hip Hop and a whole lot of fun! Dance your way to fitness with these easy to follow choreographed routines. As far as aerobic fitness programs go, this is the total body workout!  10 week program. Bring a mat and 1-2# hand held weights.

Muscle Flex - OUR 30 MINUTE WORKOUT
- Our group strength training fitness program takes the drudgery out of weight training. Get beautifully toned muscles, more strength, improved bone density and an increased metabolism in just 30 minutes! 10 weeks.  We provide the equipment.

Sheila’s Fitness Jam Combo Class
       This one and a half hour class targets every muscle group and two major aspects of fitness: Strength Training and Cardio Vascular Fitness.  We take the drudgery out of weight training with 30 minutes of, group, strength training that will beautifully tone your muscles, increase strength, improve bone density and increase your metabolism.  We then add a little Jazz, a little Funk, a Little Latin and a whole lot of fun, with 60 minutes of cardio exercise.  Easy to follow, choreographed routines, include a thermal warm-up, active stretch and low impact cardio dance routines.  The use of light weights, cool down, stretch and abdominal work make this the total body workout. We recommend that participants bring 1# - 2# wts and a water bottle.  We provide the bars for the strength segment.

Kidz Fitness Jam™ and ZumbAtomic®! It’s a fact, kids aren’t as fit as they should be. We teach them early in life that fitness is a lifestyle and it can be FUN! This fitness program will plant the seeds that will last a lifetime as they wiggle and sing along to great songs!  6 week after school program right at your child's school.

Also offering : TLS Shape UP -  A Weight Loss Lifestyle for kids age 10-17!

Mat Pilates
- Contemporary approach to mind-body exercise. Designed to strengthen and tone muscles. Especially the deep abdominals that build core strength.Bring a mat to class. 8 week program.

ZUMBA® - Now you can take Zumba classes as a part of Sheila's full menu of classes. Zumba is a HOT new
workout. Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness  program that will
blow you away!!  Zumba routines tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Get ready for the PARTY!!

ZUMBA GOLD® - designed for Baby Boomers or beginners to Zumba.  Zumba Gold is a new course, recently launched by Zumba Fitness LLC.  This course offers the same Latin rhythms as Zumba, with moves tailored to address today's aging "Boomers"! Specific attention is given to  such things as balance issues, as well as hip, shoulder, and joint considerations. Zumba Gold is a safe, effective, and fun workout for adults of all ages, no matter what your age or fitness level, but this is NOT a WHIMPY Work out, so Don't Miss the Fitness Party!

YOGA - For Fitness  - Yoga is a long favored mind-body exercise.   The benefits are to help realign the skeletal system, achieve balance, and enhance emotions. Yoga combines the art and science of using posture, exercise, breathing, and concentration to gather  “Chi” and promote the healing of body and mind. Yoga increases strength, flexibility, and concentration. Please bring a mat to class.  Class is one hour long.

FunctionalFitnessJAM™ For the "Young at Heart".  No matter what your age, shape or size, this class is designed to make the activities of daily living (ADL) easier and more enjoyable. Maintaining basic functional activities can help seniors remain independent. FunctionalFitnessJAM™ is a safe, effective, and FUN,  group fitness program. Whether you are fit and active, or sedentary and intimidated by exercise classes, join us, so you can exercise in a positive social environment, that will increase your muscle strength, improve your range of motion, give you more endurance, better balance, and  keep you “young at heart”.   

Sheila's Fitness Jam offers fitness classes in Western New York, including aerobic weight loss classes, Zumba fitness and more in the Kenmore and Williamsville areas!
